Jeff has always been popular. He's atheletic, artistic and gregarious, but in 5th grade, he realized he was different. He realized he was gay. An early victim of a serious hate crime, Jeff is soon faced with yet another major setback - cancer. Middle school and high school will be tough, but above all else, Jeff is a survivor who will become an amazing young man.
